This subsoil gives fresh and mineral character to our wine. The climate is affected by warm and drier temperature. Warm winds blowing over the edges of Bílé Karpaty provide the positive influence to grapes ripening .That brings exctractiveness and fullness to our wine. Ideal conditions are for growing of the varieties Pinot Blanc, Rheinrisling, Sylvanner.
